ACDS records each formal Terms of Use version so users and reviewers can identify the agreement that applied when an analyzer was used.
Effective September 6, 2026. Added account synchronization for My Farm records and farm-supplied asset photos while preserving browser-local analyzer projects and editable backups. Clarified account deletion, device caching, and data-loss boundaries. This is a material update requiring a new analyzer acknowledgement.
Effective August 31, 2026. Added annual subscription, renewal, cancellation, payment-processing, account identity, and access-control terms while preserving browser-local analyzer projects and editable backups.
Effective August 24, 2026. Removed public account-vault and paid-access surfaces, retired signed-in farmland project storage, and returned the product to a browser-local project and editable-backup model.
