Confirmed facts, estimates, sources, and missing support arrive together.
For accountants, lenders, and farm advisors
Review a client decision without rebuilding it.
Spend less time reconstructing the proposal and more time testing the economics, operating fit, cash pressure, evidence, uncertainty, and conditions that matter before capital is committed.
Where ACDS saves professional time
One intake. One calculation record. One controlled return.
ACDS does not replace underwriting, accounting, appraisal, tax, or advisory judgment. It standardizes the work that should already be organized before that judgment begins.
The client baseline and revised assumptions are compared automatically.
Economics, capacity, repayment, liquidity, collateral, and evidence do not collapse into one misleading score.
Comments, conditions, disposition, and review history stay attached to the editable Decision File.
Controlled review coordination
Send a decision-specific request—not a vague “please review.”
Choose a saved decision, assign the professional responsibility, and state the questions and return date. The request contains no model inputs or source records.
Review by exception
Do not read the whole file just to find what changed.
The farmland Full Review now opens with one professional decision desk. It prioritizes policy exceptions, critical evidence gaps, outstanding documents, model warnings, and every changed assumption.

Choose the client decision
Open the full review workspace.
The client can begin with a guided screen and continue into the full Decision File without re-entering the confirmed information.
Send the client a consistent starting link.
The client can begin privately on their own device, gather the right records, and return a Decision File instead of an unstructured email or one-off spreadsheet.
Let ACDS choose the correct review workspace.
Select the client's editable JSON. ACDS checks its controlled format, identifies equipment or farmland, and opens a new review copy in the matching analyzer.
Inspected and opened only on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
Equipment investment
Compare keeping, purchasing, leasing, renting, or custom hiring with capacity, timeliness, financing, and evidence kept visible.

What the client should prepare
Review records, not unsupported placeholders.
A guided screen can begin with estimates. A client file intended for professional reliance should replace material estimates with current, dated support wherever practical.
- Current equipment value, ownership costs, repairs, and remaining debt
- Written dealer, lease, rental, or custom-operator terms and inclusions
- Annual workload, effective capacity, operating window, and downtime
- Fuel, labour, maintenance, insurance, resale, and support-equipment assumptions
- Purchase terms, productive acres, taxes, improvements, and closing costs
- Appraisal, comparable sales, rental evidence, and normalized land margin
- Whole-farm balance sheet, cash available for debt service, and existing debt
- Financing, renewal, title, access, drainage, environmental, and possession details

How the review is recorded
Preserve who reviewed what—and what remains unresolved.
The full Decision File can record who prepared the analysis, the reviewer's entered name and role, the review date, and a selected disposition. Both analyzers preserve reviewer comments, conditions, the automatic assumption comparison, and prior review rounds inside the returned editable file. The conclusion therefore stays attached to its limitations and review history.

Institutional adoption boundary
Useful for a professional pilot today. Not yet a bank's system of record.
ACDS can standardize intake, calculation, exceptions, review, and export now. Institution-managed deployment requires a separate security, identity, retention, validation, and integration program.
- Device-local files and reusable institution thresholds
- Editable backups for deliberate device-to-device transfer
- Review-by-exception and automatic change comparison
- Underwriting transfer, exception, and model-use exports
- Versioned methodology, limitations, and validation register
- Professional comments, conditions, role, and review date
- Approved identity, access, SSO, and role permissions
- Encrypted shared storage, retention, backup, and recovery
- Authenticated approvals and tamper-evident audit events
- Independent validation and institution acceptance testing
- Core-system integration, monitoring, support, and procurement
Until those controls exist, retain official documents, signatures, approvals, and final credit records in the organization's authorized systems. ACDS remains a decision-preparation and review-support layer.
